Dough
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp instant yeast
- ¾ cup warm water
- 1 tbsp olive oil

Sauce
- ½ cup spicy tomato sauce
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 garlic clove, minced
Toppings
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- ½ cup spicy beef or suya strips
- ¼ cup jalapeños (sliced)
- Thinly sliced red onions
- Crushed red pepper (for garnish)

👩🍳 Preparation Steps
1. Dough
- Mix flour, yeast, and salt in a bowl.
- Gradually add warm water and olive oil.
- Knead for 7 minutes until smooth. Let rise 1 hour.
- Roll out into a 10–12" pizza base.
2. Sauce
- Heat olive oil, sauté garlic, then add tomato sauce.
- Stir in chili flakes and paprika. Simmer for 5 mins.
3. Assembly
- Spread spicy sauce over the dough.
- Layer mozzarella and spicy beef/suya.
- Add jalapeños, onions, and extra chili if desired.
- Drizzle with hot sauce for extra fire.
4. Bake
Bake at 220°C (425°F) for 12–14 mins until cheese is bubbly and the spirit is unleashed. Slice with caution 🔥
