1. Sauce
- Mix tomato, garlic paste, balsamic glaze, and seasoning in a bowl.
- Let rest for 5 mins to blend flavors.
2. Assembly
- Spread sauce over flatbread.
- Add grilled zucchini, sun-dried tomatoes, and olives.
- Top with arugula and scatter pine nuts last.
3. Bake
Toast in preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 7–9 mins. Watch the crust golden, not harden. Serve warm.
