🧾 Ingredients
Dough
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp instant yeast
- ¾ cup warm water
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ¼ tsp salt
Sauce
- ⅓ cup tomato pizza sauce
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Pinch of chili flakes
- 1 tsp Italian herbs
Toppings
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- Grilled chicken strips
- Green & red bell peppers (sliced)
- Thinly sliced red onions
- Black olives, sliced
- Chili flakes & oregano to garnish
👩🍳 Preparation Steps
1. Dough
- Mix flour, salt, and yeast in a bowl.
- Add warm water and olive oil. Mix until dough forms.
- Knead for 6–8 min until smooth. Let rise 1 hour.
- Roll out into a 10–12" pizza base.
2. Sauce
- In a bowl, combine tomato sauce, garlic powder, chili flakes, and herbs.
- Stir well and set aside.
3. Toppings
- Grill chicken strips until lightly charred.
- Slice bell peppers and onions thinly.
- Prep cheese and olives for topping.
4. Assembly
- Spread sauce over the dough.
- Add cheese, then layer chicken, peppers, onions, and olives.
- Finish with a sprinkle of chili flakes and herbs.
5. Bake
Bake at 220°C (425°F) for 12–14 minutes. Let it rest 2 minutes, then serve hot — time has never tasted better.
