🧾 Ingredients

Dough

  • 2¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp instant yeast
  • ¾ cup warm water
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt

Sauce

  • ½ cup crushed tomatoes
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil, chopped (optional)

Cheeses

  • ¾ cup shredded mozzarella
  • ½ cup grated parmesan
  • ¼ cup crumbled feta
  • 2 tbsp ricotta, dotted

👩‍🍳 Preparation Steps

1. Dough

  1. Combine flour, salt, and yeast in a bowl.
  2. Mix in warm water and olive oil until a dough forms.
  3. Knead 6–8 minutes until smooth. Let rise 1 hour.
  4. Roll into a 12-inch circle.

2. Sauce

  1. Heat olive oil and sauté garlic briefly.
  2. Add tomatoes, salt, pepper, and basil. Simmer 5 mins.
  3. Cool slightly before spreading.

3. Assembly

  1. Spread sauce over the prepared dough base.
  2. Layer mozzarella, then sprinkle parmesan and feta.
  3. Dot with ricotta across the surface.

4. Bake

Bake at 220°C (425°F) for 12–14 minutes until cheese is bubbly and crust golden. Let grace settle, then slice & serve warm.
