🧾 Ingredients
Dough
- 2¼ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp instant yeast
- ¾ cup warm water
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
Sauce
- ½ cup crushed tomatoes
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Fresh basil, chopped (optional)
Cheeses
- ¾ cup shredded mozzarella
- ½ cup grated parmesan
- ¼ cup crumbled feta
- 2 tbsp ricotta, dotted
👩🍳 Preparation Steps
1. Dough
- Combine flour, salt, and yeast in a bowl.
- Mix in warm water and olive oil until a dough forms.
- Knead 6–8 minutes until smooth. Let rise 1 hour.
- Roll into a 12-inch circle.
2. Sauce
- Heat olive oil and sauté garlic briefly.
- Add tomatoes, salt, pepper, and basil. Simmer 5 mins.
- Cool slightly before spreading.
3. Assembly
- Spread sauce over the prepared dough base.
- Layer mozzarella, then sprinkle parmesan and feta.
- Dot with ricotta across the surface.
4. Bake
Bake at 220°C (425°F) for 12–14 minutes until cheese is bubbly and crust golden. Let grace settle, then slice & serve warm.
