👩🍳 Preparation Steps
1. Dough
- Combine flour, salt, and yeast.
- Stir in warm water and olive oil to form dough.
- Knead 6–8 mins, cover, and let rise 1 hour.
- Roll out dough into desired shape.
2. Sauce
- Heat olive oil, sauté garlic lightly.
- Add purée, cinnamon, and stir. Simmer 5 mins.
3. Assembly
- Spread sauce over the base.
- Add roasted plantain, onions, chili, and parsley.
- Sprinkle cumin lightly on top.
4. Bake
