Dough
- 2¼ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp instant yeast
- ¾ cup warm water
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
Sauce
- ½ cup crushed tomatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- Fresh basil, chopped

- ½ cup red bell peppers (sliced)
- ½ cup yellow bell peppers (sliced)
- ¼ cup red onions (sliced)
- ½ cup mushrooms (sliced)
- ¼ cup black olives
- ¼ cup sweet corn
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
👩🍳 Preparation Steps
1. Dough
- Mix flour, salt, and yeast in a bowl.
- Add warm water and olive oil. Mix to form dough.
- Knead for 6–8 minutes until smooth. Let rise 1 hour.
- Roll into 12" round base.
2. Sauce
- Heat olive oil, sauté garlic briefly.
- Add crushed tomatoes, oregano, and basil. Simmer 5 mins.
- Cool slightly before using.
3. Assembly
- Spread sauce on the dough evenly.
- Layer mozzarella cheese first.
- Add all vegetables generously and evenly.
4. Bake
Bake at 220°C (425°F) for 13–15 minutes until the veggies are roasted and the crust golden. Slice and rejoice in the harvest.
