🧾 Ingredients

Dough

  • 2¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp instant yeast
  • ¾ cup warm water
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt

Sauce

  • ½ cup crushed tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • Fresh basil, chopped

Veggie Blessings

  • ½ cup red bell peppers (sliced)
  • ½ cup yellow bell peppers (sliced)
  • ¼ cup red onions (sliced)
  • ½ cup mushrooms (sliced)
  • ¼ cup black olives
  • ¼ cup sweet corn
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella

👩‍🍳 Preparation Steps

1. Dough

  1. Mix flour, salt, and yeast in a bowl.
  2. Add warm water and olive oil. Mix to form dough.
  3. Knead for 6–8 minutes until smooth. Let rise 1 hour.
  4. Roll into 12" round base.

2. Sauce

  1. Heat olive oil, sauté garlic briefly.
  2. Add crushed tomatoes, oregano, and basil. Simmer 5 mins.
  3. Cool slightly before using.

3. Assembly

  1. Spread sauce on the dough evenly.
  2. Layer mozzarella cheese first.
  3. Add all vegetables generously and evenly.

4. Bake

Bake at 220°C (425°F) for 13–15 minutes until the veggies are roasted and the crust golden. Slice and rejoice in the harvest.
